Private Label Mushroom Supplements
Certified-organic fruiting-body extracts, standardized beta-glucan verified by the Megazyme enzymatic assay, a third-party Certificate of Analysis on every batch, from a 500-unit MOQ. Lion's mane, reishi, cordyceps, chaga, and turkey tail in capsules, gummies, coffee, powders, and tinctures, built by a 17-year manufacturer.
A mushroom line is only as good as the raw material it starts from. The fruiting body - the actual mushroom - carries roughly 20 to 40 percent beta-glucan. Mycelium grown on rice or oats and milled with its substrate is mostly the grain: 1 to 15 percent beta-glucan and 40 to 80 percent leftover starch, usually hidden behind a polysaccharide total that counts starch as if it were mushroom. Every extract we manufacture starts from certified-organic fruiting body, is standardized to a stated beta-glucan percentage, and discloses alpha-glucan alongside it - a low alpha-glucan number is the proof there is no grain filler in your powder. Chaga is the one exception by nature, a wild-harvested sclerotium, and we label it as such.
Lion's mane, reishi, cordyceps, chaga, and turkey tail run as single-species SKUs, and custom five-, seven-, or ten-mushroom blends are built to your ratio brief and standardized to a combined beta-glucan. Every species crosses the full format range - capsules, low-sugar pectin gummies, instant mushroom coffee, loose powders, dual-extract tinctures, and stick-packs - so a brand can launch one hero SKU and extend the same verified extract into a full line without changing manufacturers. Dual extraction (hot water plus ethanol) is applied where the species calls for it, and every batch releases against a third-party Certificate of Analysis.
Species-specific beta-glucan, not junk polysaccharide totals.
Reported next to beta-glucan - low alpha-glucan proves mushroom, not starch.
Beta-glucan, alpha-glucan, extract ratio, heavy metals, microbials, pesticides, identity - included, never an add-on.
Fruiting body. It is the actual mushroom, and it carries the beta-glucans that make a functional mushroom functional, roughly 20 to 40 percent. Mycelium grown on rice or oats is mostly the grain: 1 to 15 percent beta-glucan and 40 to 80 percent leftover starch. Chaga is the one exception by nature, a wild-harvested sclerotium rather than a fruiting body, and we label it as such.
With the Megazyme enzymatic assay. It measures species-specific beta-glucan and separates it from the grain-derived alpha-glucan that inflates a generic polysaccharides number. We report beta-glucan and alpha-glucan side by side on the third-party COA, so the potency on the label is the potency in the jar.
The MOQ is 500 units per SKU, low for this category. A sample is $150, plus $20 per additional SKU, produced in 10-14 days and shipped in 3-5. Taste it and test it before you commit to a run.
A batch-specific, third-party Certificate of Analysis, included as standard. It covers beta-glucan and alpha-glucan by Megazyme, heavy metals, microbials, pesticides, and species identity. Extract ratios and organic certificates are provided per project.
