Mushroom Foundry (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website private-label-mushrooms.com or use our services.
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including:
When you visit our website, we automatically collect:
We use collected information to:
Messages you send us over chat channels, including our website chat widget, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram direct messages, and SMS, may be read, classified, and answered by automated artificial intelligence systems without prior human review, and may be stored and reviewed to improve service quality. Replies generated this way can be inaccurate and carry no legal weight or commitment. See section 4 of our Terms of Service. You can ask to speak with a human representative at any time.
Delivering a manufactured product involves more parties than a typical website. We may share your information with the following categories of recipient:
We do not sell your personal information for money. You should know that the advertising technology described in section 5 shares identifiers and, on some pages, contact details with Meta and Google for measurement and ad targeting. Some privacy laws, including in certain US states, classify that kind of sharing as a “sale” or as “sharing for targeted advertising” even where no money changes hands. Declining cookies, as described in section 5, stops it.
We use cookies and similar technologies in three groups:
Where advertising technology is enabled, two flows carry data to Meta: the pixel in your browser, and a server-side connection from us to Meta’s Conversions API. The server-side connection may include your IP address, browser user agent, approximate location derived from your IP, advertising cookie identifiers, and, where you have given them to us in a form, a cryptographically hashed version of your email address, phone number, and name. Hashing means the values are obscured in transit, not that they stop being personal information.
Analytics and advertising technologies are active by default when you arrive. Selecting Decline on our cookie banner turns them off: it withholds the Meta pixel, stops the server-side Conversions API connection, downgrades Google consent signals, and clears the identifier we use to recognise your session. Your choice is remembered on that browser, and you can change it by clearing your site data and choosing again. You can also block cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect how parts of the site function. If you are in a jurisdiction that requires your consent before non-essential technologies are used, contact us at the address in section 11 and we will apply your preference.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
