Format: Coffee
Mushroom Foundry manufactures private label mushroom coffee: instant arabica blended with fruiting-body extract that survives instant processing without turning bitter. Lion's mane, chaga, cordyceps, and reishi are the working set, chosen and dosed to your positioning. It ships as single-serve sachets for trial and subscription, tins for the retail shelf, or a latte powder with creamer. Mushroom coffee can sit on either side of the labeling line, and we advise on that before artwork. 500-unit MOQ, third-party COA on every batch.
Mushroom coffee lives or dies on two things: whether the extract survives the instant-coffee process, and whether it still tastes like coffee. We use fruiting-body extracts standardized to beta-glucan, dosed so the beta-glucan per serving is meaningful without pushing the cup bitter. Lion's mane pairs with a morning cup for focus; cordyceps suits a pre-day energy blend; reishi anchors an evening or half-caff option; chaga adds an earthy antioxidant note. The species and the per-serving dose are yours, and both are confirmed on the batch Certificate of Analysis.
Format follows how the coffee sells. Single-serve sachets are the trial and subscription workhorse and travel well; tins suit the retail shelf and a scoop ritual; a latte powder with creamer opens the mushroom-latte category. One thing to settle early: a mushroom coffee can be labeled as a conventional food with a Nutrition Facts panel, or as a dietary supplement with a Supplement Facts panel, depending on how it is positioned and what it claims. We flag which path fits your brief before artwork, so the panel and the claims match from the start.
Standardized fruiting-body extract, not mycelial grain powder, blended into instant arabica and named by species on your panel.
Each blend is dosed so the beta-glucan per serving is meaningful, and the number is confirmed on the batch Certificate of Analysis.
Single-serve sachets, retail tins, and latte powders, run from a 500-unit MOQ with a third-party COA on every batch.
Lion's mane, chaga, cordyceps, and reishi are the working set, alone or blended. Lion's mane suits a morning focus blend, cordyceps an energy blend, reishi an evening cup, and chaga an earthy antioxidant note. The species and doses are set to your positioning.
Both. Single-serve sachets are the trial and subscription format and travel well; tins suit the retail shelf and a scoop ritual. A latte powder with creamer is also available for the mushroom-latte category.
It can be either. Depending on positioning and claims, a mushroom coffee carries a Nutrition Facts panel as a conventional food or a Supplement Facts panel as a dietary supplement. We advise on which path fits your brief before artwork so the panel and claims align.
