Hericium erinaceus
Mushroom Foundry manufactures private label lion's mane from Hericium erinaceus fruiting body: standardized to a beta-glucan of at least 25 percent, with alpha-glucan disclosed on the Certificate of Analysis so the powder is proven mushroom and not grain starch. An 8:1 dual extract carries both the water-soluble beta-glucans and the ethanol-soluble compounds the species is known for. Formulated to support focus and everyday cognitive function, and finished under your brand in capsules, powders, gummies, coffee, and tinctures, from a 500-unit MOQ.
Most cheap lion's mane is mycelium grown on sterilized grain, then milled with that grain still in it. The result is a powder that is mostly starch, and its label often hides this by reporting total polysaccharides, a number that counts grain starch as if it were mushroom. We start from the fruiting body: the actual mushroom, the part that carries the beta-glucan. Every batch reports beta-glucan by the Megazyme enzymatic assay and discloses alpha-glucan alongside it, so you can see exactly how much is mushroom and how much is not.
Lion's mane is the flagship of the functional-mushroom shelf, and it sells best where people already have a daily habit. Mushroom coffee leads: an instant arabica blend carrying fruiting-body extract that survives instant processing without reading bitter. Gummies come second: a concentrated 8:1 extract masked for taste, so a real beta-glucan dose fits in one or two pieces. Capsules, loose powder, and dual-extract tinctures round out the line for founders who want the full range under one brand.
Every lot standardized to a beta-glucan of at least 25 percent, measured by the Megazyme enzymatic assay, with alpha-glucan disclosed so grain starch cannot pass as mushroom.
Hot-water extraction for the beta-glucans, ethanol for the compounds the species is prized for, combined into a single standardized 8:1 fruiting-body extract.
Every batch releases against a third-party Certificate of Analysis: beta-glucan, alpha-glucan, heavy metals, microbials, and species identity.
Hericium erinaceus
Beta-glucan >= 25%, 8:1 dual extract, alpha-glucan disclosed
Capsules, powder, gummies, coffee, tincture
Fruiting body. We manufacture lion's mane from the Hericium erinaceus fruiting body, not mycelium grown on grain. Every batch discloses alpha-glucan next to beta-glucan so you can confirm the powder is mushroom, not starch.
At least 25 percent beta-glucan, measured by the Megazyme enzymatic assay and reported on the third-party Certificate of Analysis for the batch. We standardize to the beta-glucan, not to a polysaccharide number that would count grain starch.
Capsules, loose powder, gummies, instant coffee, and dual-extract tinctures. Coffee and gummies are the strongest sellers for lion's mane; we can build one format or the full range under a single brand.
